How long will my order take?
The typical delivery time for a custom-made ring is 4 to 8 weeks from the moment the design is approved and full payment made.
While some simpler custom designs or other jewellery may be completed in shorter time, more intricate or complex designs requiring specialized sourcing can take up to 2 months
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times may also vary depending on your location.
Do you ship Australia-wide and is shipping insured?
Yes, we ship across Australia.
All orders are fully insured during transit for your peace of mind.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping fees are determined by your delivery location and the specific items in your order. All shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout, ensuring complete transparency before you finalise your purchase.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After this time, production begins and changes may not be possible.
Are your diamonds certified?
Loose diamonds and diamonds selected for engagement rings are individually certified by internationally recognised gemological laboratories, including IGI and GIA.
Diamonds used in our fine jewellery pieces (such as earrings, pendants and bracelets) are not individually certified, but are carefully selected to meet our quality standards for cut, colour and clarity.
What is Vvalenne return policy?
Online Returns
Online orders can be returned within 14 days of delivery if eligible.
- Items must meet the eligibility criteria listed below.
- Postage costs are non-refundable unless an incorrect item was sent.

- Earrings or body jewellery, due to hygiene reasons (e.g. nose piercings, belly piercings, earrings, etc)
- Resized rings (resized before or after purchase)
- Any engraved or personalised items (e.g. name bracelets and necklaces)
- Special, custom, or made-to-order items
Items Eligible for Return or Exchange
- Within 14 days of delivery
- In new condition (unworn, unused) and not listed under exclusions above
- Free from damage, scratches, or signs of wear
- Includes all proof of purchase, original Vvalenne packaging, all paperwork (e.g. diamond certificates, receipts, etc)
